(high protein, low carb) But make sure you drink lots of fluids while on it This diet works but is harder to stick with than you'd think. Any diet is healthier than one that just lets you eat one certain food. Dont lose weight too fast though, it's not healthy and you'll end up looking worse than with the weight. You can end up with sagging and stretch marks.
