Gwenda Micheals: There is no deduction for "Hobby" Expenses. A hobby is just that, a hobby. If you sell things then it is considered INCOME and you will need to report all income. If you participate in this "hobby" more than 50% of your time, then it is considered self employment and you will need to report your income above $400 (income minus expenses) on a schedule "C".
